About Javeline OnEdit
Existing web applications can be easily extended with OnEdit’s functionality. This enables both the original and this new way of editing and uploading files to coexist. The OnEdit plugin is loaded only when the user accepts it.
Including the OnEdit functionality takes less than 10 lines of code using the included libraries. OnEdit works both in Ajax web applications and in traditional ones. There is a requirement for JavaScript to be enabled in the browser.
OnEdit works on the Window operating system in Internet Explorer. Firefox will be supported in August 2007 with a free update.
